Orders & Shipping

1. How long does it take to process my order?

✦ We want to make sure you receive your jewellery as soon as possible. As soon as your order comes in, I personally make sure it’s carefully packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, even on weekends and long weekends when possible. Every piece is double-checked before it leaves our studio to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

2. Do you ship internationally?

✦ Yes, we proudly ship worldwide from Calgary, Alberta, Canada because every star deserves to shine, no matter where you are.

3. How much is shipping, and do you offer free shipping?

✦ We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD. For smaller orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout so you only pay what’s necessary.

✦ We do offer local pickup in Calgary when possible. Depending on availability, pickup days can vary, but my goal is always to have your order ready by the next day. Once your order is placed, I’ll personally reach out via email to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

4. Which carrier do you use for deliveries?

✦ Depending on your location, we use Canada Post or other trusted international carriers. Each shipment is handled with care to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and on time.

5. How can I track my order?

✦ Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your sparkle every step of the way.

6. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

✦ Sometimes carriers take a little longer than expected, but don’t worry, I’m happy to help. If it’s been more than a few days past the estimated delivery date, email me at sitaarecollection@gmail.com

7. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

✦ Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it’s out of our hands, but please still reach out. I’ll do everything I can to help you locate it or file a claim with the courier.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

✦ If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email me as soon as possible. I personally handle all orders, and if it’s still with me, I’ll happily make any changes I can before it goes out.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

✦ Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect, resellable condition. Every return helps us ensure that our pieces find the right home and that every customer feels completely satisfied.

✦ For hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain safe standards for all customers.

2. How do I start a return or exchange?

✦ To start a return, simply email sitaarecollection@gmail.com with the subject line “RETURN.” Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. I’ll personally guide you through the process.

3. How long does it take to receive my store credit?

✦ Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days via email.

4. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

✦ If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please email me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once approved, I’ll cover the return shipping and issue your store credit or send a replacement if available. It’s important to treat your jewellery like a delicate piece of glass handle it with care and store it properly when not in use. We understand that imitation jewellery can be more fragile and may be prone to damage if misused, so gentle care will help it stay beautiful for a long time.

1. How should I care for my Sitaare jewellery?

✦ I recommend keeping your jewellery in its original box or a soft pouch, away from moisture. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions to preserve its shine and plating. Each Sitaare piece is carefully handcrafted and often hand-painted by artisans across India, so treating it with gentle care helps maintain its artistry and beauty for years to come.

2. Can I wear my jewellery in water, and will it tarnish over time?

✦ To keep your Sitaare pieces looking their best, it’s best to remove them before showering, swimming, or exercising. Moisture and chemicals can dull the finish over time, especially with imitation jewellery. With gentle care, mindful storage, and keeping them dry, your pieces will keep their shine and beauty for years to come.

3. Are your pieces hypoallergenic or suitable for sensitive skin?

✦ Most of our pieces are nickel-free and comfortable for regular wear, though sensitivity can vary by person. If you have very sensitive skin, avoid prolonged contact or wear for extended periods.

4. Do you restock sold-out items?

5. Do you offer custom sizing or help with choosing the right fit?

✦ At this time, we don’t offer custom sizing, but many of our designs are adjustable for a comfortable and secure fit. Each product page includes detailed measurements and descriptions to help you find the perfect piece.
