Welcome to Sitaare Collection. By visiting our store, browsing, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both you as our valued customer and us as your trusted brand.

1. Use of Our Services

2. Products and Orders

We take every effort to present our products accurately. However, due to lighting, photography, and screen display differences, colors and details may appear slightly different in person.
All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

Our jewellery is imitation, handcrafted, and often hand-painted, meaning minor variations between pieces are normal and reflect the artistry of the work. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Your purchase is for personal use only and not for resale without permission.

  • You understand that product availability, prices, and promotions may change without notice.

  • You have reviewed and agree to our Return and Exchange Policy, which governs all returns.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

3. Payments and Billing

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and payment information.
By submitting payment, you authorize Sitaare Collection to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other trusted payment gateways.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed or appears suspicious.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders promptly, typically within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and customs processing for international orders.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Sitaare Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and final sale policies.
Customers must contact us at sitaarecollection@gmail.com within 3 days if an item arrives damaged or defective.
Once approved, we will cover return shipping costs and issue store credit or a replacement if available.

Improper use, storage, or handling that causes damage is not covered under our return policy.

6. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Calgary, Alberta, depending on availability.
Pickup dates may vary, but our goal is to have your order ready within one business day whenever possible.
You will receive an email confirming pickup arrangements once your order is ready.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, logos, product names, designs, images, videos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Sitaare Collection or our authorized partners.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of this website or its content without express written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

By using our website, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

As our jewellery is imitation and hand-finished, natural fading or wear over time is expected and not considered a defect.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
